A gentle reminder for all of us

In the quest of all things, we like to end up forgetting what sparked our pursuits in the first place. Is it fame? love? success? wealth? Or a combination of them?

We get so involved in our day-to-day basis of things. Each day, we wake up and proceed to do whatever seems to be deemed the right things to do. Most people are unhappy with whatever they’re doing. But they get through it. Come on, it’s only 24 hours right? Before they go to bed, they plan their next 24 hours. They think about how stressful and unhappy they will be for the next 24 hours. But, come on, its only 24 hours right?

Each day, we end up neglecting things we like to do most. Day time is for work. Work time must be productive. We work to feed ourselves. We work to survive. We work to earn money to live. How else are we going to fuel our next 24 hours?

Ultimately, what we are working towards is death. Death is, not gonna lie, scary as fuck. But bluntly, it is the only thing that is certain. The one outcome of life is death. So, a little reminder:

If you’re dying tomorrow, what do you REALLY want to do today?
